Developed a brand identity and signage program for The Everson, a multi-family residential community in Cullowhee, NC. The objective was to create a refined visual presence that supports navigation while improving the property’s brand recognition and overall residential environment.

Designed the brand identity and implemented it across property signage and wayfinding, establishing typography, iconography, and messaging hierarchy while preparing production-ready artwork for environmental graphics and installations.


Design Approach

The identity centers around an elegant color palette and refined typography that introduce depth and character while complementing the surrounding architecture. Wayfinding and signage were designed to maintain clarity across entry monuments, building identifiers, parking areas, and directional signage throughout the residential community.

The completed identity establishes a consistent brand presence across the property while improving navigation for residents and visitors. Integrated signage and environmental graphics reinforce the community’s visual identity and strengthen its positioning within the local housing market.
