Baxter Healthcare required environmental graphics, signage, and digital communication assets that translated established brand standards into clear visual messaging across interior environments and internal communications. The system supported workplace branding and employee engagement initiatives across multiple formats and locations.

Developed concepts and layouts while applying Baxter brand standards across environmental graphics and digital communications, establishing typography, iconography, and messaging hierarchy, and preparing production-ready artwork for large-format graphics and screen displays.
Design Approach
The visual system builds from Baxter’s established brand language, using a dynamic “X” motif in multiple color schemes to represent the intersection of care, innovation, and global collaboration. This motif creates a flexible graphic structure that scales across environmental installations, digital displays, and communication materials while maintaining visual consistency.
The project established a unified visual language for internal communications and workplace branding. Environmental graphics reinforce company identity across manufacturing and office environments, while digital signage and informational graphics support ongoing communication with employees and visitors.
